Kennedy Agyapong To Become NPP’s Next Flagbearer?

According to fast trending internet reports, Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, will run in the upcoming NPP presidential presidential primaries.

According to multiple sources, the NPP firebrand is expected to choose its flagbearer for the 2024 general elections in 2023.

A campaign flyer featuring Kennedy Agyapong’s image is also making the rounds in the media, following reports that he will be running against Alan Kyeremanteng and possibly Dr Bawumia.

Many Ghanaians have openly expressed their support for the astute politician, despite the fact that he has yet to officially comment on the heartwarming rumours.

Meanwhile, Kennedy Agyapong revealed on Oman Fm’s Boiling Point show about two months ago that he is disgusted and angry about apparent attacks by some members of the party accusing him of supporting Alan Kyerematen.

Kennedy Agyapong has hinted that he intends to run for President of the ruling party in the 2024 general election.

He angrily explained that after promising to support every constituency with GHC10,000 for the constituency elections, some party bigwigs attacked him for pursuing Alan Kyerematen’s agenda.
