Glo has entered into a nationwide National Roaming agreement with AirtelTigo for voice, data, and SMS services in order to provide its customers with greater coverage and a faster internet experience.
As part of this strategic business partnership with AirtelTigo, all Glo customers will automatically connect to the AirtelTigo network by April 23rd, 2022.
It is worth noting that all other service conditions remain unchanged. This means that Glo customers will be able to continue to recharge using scratch cards or electronic credit transfers, as well as use all existing Glo products, including Value Added Services.
To enjoy a better experience on the AirtelTigo network, Glo customers should manually select the AirtelTigo network in their phone/network device’s settings and enable Data Roaming under Mobile Data Network Settings.
Glo customers can get help by dialing the existing customer service numbers 100 or 0230010100. They could also go to any Glo customer service center or call AirtelTigo’s helpline at 0260000100 for immediate resolution of any service issue.
